There should be a sticker on the crossbeam of the baseplate that lists Roadmaster and the actual part number for the baseplate if it is indeed from Roadmaster. If you pop the hood you hopefully be able to see it, if not you'll need to remove the front fascia in order to get a better look at the design. The bulb and socket kit # RM-155 is one of the recommended tow bar wiring harnesses for your 2012 Fiat 500. But the only way to know for sure if there is space is to drill a tiny hole in the back of the tail light assembly and then use a depth gauge (straightened coat hanger) , push it in the hole until it stops, mark the depth on the hanger, then measure that distance. It sounds like you're trying to power the lights and brakes on the Roadmaster RM3477 tow dolly. To do this you will not want to connect the dolly to the Fiat that's being towed but rather to the RV that's towing it.
