In order to find the correct leaf springs for your 2012 Dutchman Voltage 3905 you will need to take some measurements and know the capacity of your axle.
What you are looking for is the center of spring eye to center of spring eye measurement. In order to get the most accurate measurement ,the wheels of the trailer should be off the ground since the springs stretch when weight is applied.

The 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # e64SR is currently our only 7,000lb spring we carry. This has an eye to eye measurement of 24-7/8". Since the springs on your 2012 Dutchman Voltage 3950 are likely sagging over the years of use you will want to measure the length of your spring from the center of the eye to the pin in the center of the leaf spring along the radius. Yes, a 24-7/8" leaf spring will work for your 2022 Dutchmen Voltage. If you took the # DX74XR and flattened it out it would measure 26-3/8" which is right in line with what you have. Assuming you have 8,000 lb axles on your toy hauler this would work well as a replacement.

Unfortunately, trailer manufacturer's don't keep a good record of the smaller products they install at the factory such as the vent assemblies, so you will just need to take a couple of quick measurements on your existing unit and note its hinge style in order to pick out a compatible replacement.

From that number you supplied, it appears you have axles that are 5,200-lb to 6,000-lb with a 12" - 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. For brake assemblies I recommend # AKEBRK-7R-SA for the right hand side and # AKEBRK-7L-SA for the left. What you have is an 85" long axle with a 4,400 lb capacity. Since 4,400 lb axles are no longer being produced, you will need an axle with a higher capacity for a replacement. There are also no 4,400 lb spindles available. For a replacement I recommend the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 86-1/2" Long - 5,200 lbs # e45GR.
This axle is 86-1/2" long so it will stick out an additional 3/4" on each side but that won't be a problem. The spring seat measurement is also different.... view full answer...
