This latch is made to fit a 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall cutout. With your hole being only 5" wide you may have to enlarge it slightly in order for this to work. Appreciate the photo and the cam-action latches with the steel pipe are the only option we have. They will work for you, but be a bit different than what you currently have. You can use either the 45" Long Lock Assembly # PLR3057-45 or 36" Long Lock Assembly # 305736.

The Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 comes with unique keys. You can choose the keyed alike option and that will make the keys match between the locks you order but if someone else had the same latch I would expect the key to be different. Without a key number it is going to be impossible to find replacement keys for the other doors. DB isn't a designation that identifies the lock brand or the corresponding key. Since you have a Southco for one and what sounds like a different brand for the others I recommend replacing the slam latches with something that is keyed alike like the Bauer Products RV Baggage Door Slam Latch # BA57FR. Based on images and videos I found it looks like the Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch # 295-000015 is the closest we have. This latch is 5" wide by 4-1/2" tall and 1-1/2" thick. Hi Phil; good question and the Furrion Arctic RV Refrigerator # FR42PJ does not have a lock for the doors to lock them while traveling. There isn't a separate latch or lock for this particular fridge, so if ensuring the doors are always closed is paramount, I would suggest considering a different option, the Everchill RV Fridge # EV77FR.
