Picking Out Replacement Door Latch for Tack Room of 1998 Trails West 2 Horse Trailer

I need to replace the latch on the dressing room/tack room, of my 1998 Trails West 2 horse slant horse trailer. See photo. I hope you can help Thank you so much. -Lyn

Hey Lyn, it's going to come down to the cut out size of the door where the current latch installs. If it's right at 3 inch by 4 inch you'd want the # 295-000019 or if it's 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall you'd want the part # BA64FR.

Hmm. I will measure it, but in either case, it looks like the screw holes don't line up in the same place as either of these. See the photo. Sorry the photo is sideways, not sure how that happened. Current unit has 3 screws, 2 on the left as you look at it, and one on the right, and they are the allen key 'star; type, not phillips or the flathead. Will that matter? Thanks for your quick response. I would love to get this replaced, as the key won't turn.
