This error has come up in the past and Roadmster has said that since your brakes were operational and now are not, then you will need to re-wire the brake light relay that was included with the Even Brake for it to work correctly when the fuses are pulled.

When relays buzz it usually means there is high amperage, which means that there is something not making a good contact. It could be caused by one of the wires that is cracked, so I'd recommend checking that.

It sounds like you have installed the fuses/relays in the wrong spot or they have blown. I would double check that all of the fuses and relays are good and in the correct locations as this is most likely what the issue is.

If you installed the Cargo Carrier Light Kit # 52014, and all of the functions on one light are not working then it sounds like the problem is the light itself. If some of the functions worked on the light then I would say that you have a problem with the wiring somewhere.
You can test the light by running a ground to the marked pin and then test the other 2 pins with a 12V power source. If you think that the wiring may be an issue then you can replace it with part # WHCETR1B.

That is quite the increase in air pressure! Are you by chance inflating the bags when it is cold out and then checking them in the heat of the day after the bags would have warmed up from the weather and friction from use?

When you have cupping wear on a tire it is from the tire bouncing on the road. You will want to check the air pressure in the tire and make sure you are running the maximum air pressure that is indicated on the tire. Then, I would recommend to have the tires and wheels balanced. Another thing to check is the suspension parts on the trailer. When suspension parts begin to wear and get loose it can cause the tire to hop when being towed and cause the cupping pattern. view full answer...
I do not know what may have blown; if you changed your fuses but still aren't getting any power to your trailer connector, it may be the wires going to the connector. The best I can offer is to test wires with Circuit Tester # PTW2979 to see if power is going into the connector.

The owners manual states pulling the #32 fuse for the Discrete Logic Ignition Switch as you stated but GM put out a technical service bulletin that stated for the 4-cylinder models you should leave that DLIS fuse in and pull the ABS fuse because this new procedure eliminates wobble that occurs when towing the 4 cylinder models from 2010-2017. I would first use a circuit tester, like part # PTW2993, and check the trailer connector on the back of your Equinox. Make sure you are getting voltage at each pin when that function is activated. The pin that the green wire attaches to should show current when the right turn signal is activated. The pin for the yellow wire should show voltage when the left turn is activated. It sounds like you have a bad ground on the left stop/turn circuit (probably the trailer light) and you're using LEDs on your trailer when your vehicle is only able to send power back for incandescent lights.
If you locate the ground and/or bad connection and fix it then you should just need to use load resistors like part # DI34ZR which essentially amplifies the signal from the LED lights so your vehicle can read the lights better and know to shut off power to those circuits completely.

Since the issue you described is happening both with a trailer and with your magnetic tow lights I do think the culprit is a blown fuse or bad relay on the vehicle. I took a look at the online version of the owner's manual for your 2018 Chevy Equinox and there are a few different fuse panels so you want to make sure you are looking at the correct one.

The M12-1.75 x 40mm hex bolts that come with the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98865 should fit the weldnuts on your 2009 Chevrolet Equinox as they have been tested and confirmed to work with your specific vehicle.

The purpose of the diode is to prevent power from surging back and damaging your wires and other components. It sounds like the diodes are wired incorrectly if you're having issues with your signals flashing rapidly and giving you an error code on the console. You could also have a short somewhere in the wire if you accidentally nicked a wire while installing the diodes so you'll want to examine your wire to ensure there is no damage.
