I spoke with my contact at Curt, who tells me that the reason that the # C56340 isn't shown as being a fit for the 2005 Buick Allure is that the wiring harness was never tested on the vehicle. Because of this, Curt won't call it a fit.
If the only difference between the two vehicles is the nameplate, then the harness should fit. However, because Curt can't confirm the fit, we can't guarantee you the harness will work.

I have a solution for you, but we do not carry any Class III 2 inch trailer hitches for your 2001 Buick LeSabre.
We do have the Draw-Tite Class II receiver, part # 36309, that fits your Buick. It does have a 1-1/4 inch receiver, but you can change it to a 2 inch receiver by using an adapter like part # HTAD. I do have an option for you, but we do not carry a class 3 hitch for a 2002 Buick Century. The only hitch available is a class 2 hitch like the # C12239 which has a 1-1/4" square receiver and a 3,500 lb towing capacity. You can absolutely still use this hitch for a small trailer. You will simply need a ball mount to go with the 1-1/4" hitch. For that I recommend the Curt starter kit # C45147 which comes with a draw bar, pin and clip and a 2" trailer ball.
