We do have low-profile snow tire chains for your 2013 Audi A6. You can go with a cable design or a chain design. Cables are lower profile, easier to use, and are less-likely to damage your vehicle if they somehow come undone while driving. Chains on the other hand are thicker and more aggressive for heavier snow and also could potentially cause more damage than cables if they happened to break. That being said, I recommend going with a cable setup, but I will give you options for each style.

Trailer couplers like the Dutton-Lainson # DL13847 that you referenced, which fits 2-inch balls, are available in two other sizes, 1-7/8-inches and 2-5/16-inches. I have a solution for you, but there is not an available roof basket like the Thule Canyon # TH859XT that will mount directly to the factory fixed mounting points of a 2018 Audi Q7. If you don't already have factory roof rack crossbars you will need to add them in order to carry a roof basket. If you've already got factory crossbars in those fixed mounting points, both of these racks are designed to fit on most factory crossbars so you can just connect them directly to those.

According to Thule, the # TH711420 53 inch WingBar Evo crossbars are the longest crossbars that will work on your vehicle. Thule crossbars have a slot in the underside that the roof rack feet fit into. The slots don't run all the way across the bottom of the crossbar, so if you go too long with the crossbars, the feet won't match up with the slots.

I checked directly with Curt and Draw-Tite, our two main hitch resources, for a hitch fit for your 2004 Audi A4 Cabriolet (convertible) and unfortunately neither company made a hitch for your car. This generally means that either these hitch makers determined that installation of a hitch on this car would require too much modification for most owner's to tolerate or that the sales volume of the car here in the U.S. was too low to justify the R&D investment.
