We did have a customer come back and say that they were able to install the Curt Hitch part # C11367 on their 2013 BMW 335i M Sport package sedan. I attached the picture that they send in of it installed.
A lot of times Curt will not list certain vehicles as fits just because they weren't able to test the vehicle with it. view full answer...
Yes, the Thule EasyFold XT bike rack part # TH903202 that you referenced will work great with your Bosch E-bike that is mid drive. It also has a ramp built into it which will make it very easy to load and unload. The frame style of your bike would easily be secured by this rack too.
Check out the review video I attached for more info as well. view full answer...
We do not carry the Bosal hitches any more since they chose to leave the U.S. market but we do have two options in a 2-inch Class III hitch made specifically for your 2014 Audi Q5 which are shown on the linked page. Curt hitch # C13136 and Draw-Tite hitch # 75940 both offer no-drill installation and work with both regular and hybrid versions. An installation video is linked for you.
If you also need a 4-pole trailer wiring harness you can use kit # 119250KIT for which an installation video... view full answer...
The Tekonsha Replacement Brake Control Harness, part # 20127 would wire up to your OEM harness and plug into your Prodigy brake controller. I do not have any details on the wire functions for your OEM harness, but the replacement harness is wired as follows:
Red Wire = Brake Stoplight Switch
White Wire = Ground
Black Wire = 12-Volt Power
Blue Wire = Brake Controller Output
I'd recommend using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 on the factory wiring to verify... view full answer...
We have trailer wiring options for the 2013 Audi Q5 both with and without the factory tow package. All of these appear on the page I linked for you and they include both hardwired 4-pole flat wiring kits such as the Tekonsha ZCI no-splice 4-pole kit # 119250KIT (which is for the Q5 without tow package). This product provides basic trailer lighting functions. There is no actual plug-and-play T-Connector kit for your car.
The ZCI harness uses magnetic sensors to detect signals in the car's... view full answer...
As you noted we do offer several Class III hitches for the 2013 model year; these can be seen on the link provided. I am pleased to advise that my contact at Draw-Tite confirmed for me that their 2-inch hitch # 75940 will also fit the 2014 model year of the Q5.
I have linked an installation video as well as the written installation instructions for this item. Drilling is not required for installation but the exhaust must be lowered and lower fascia removed temporarily. If your Q5 has... view full answer...
Trailer couplers like the Dutton-Lainson # DL13847 that you referenced, which fits 2-inch balls, are available in two other sizes, 1-7/8-inches and 2-5/16-inches. We do not offer any couplers that fit a 2-1/2-inch ball and I could not find any information about this size. It is certainly not in common use today or in recent years.
For reference I have linked our main page for couplers, including all three sizes: 1-7/8-inch, 2-inch and 2-5/16-inch. Perhaps it may be that you actually have... view full answer...
Draw-Tite has just released their Class III/IV # 75940 receiver hitch, so it is available for order.
If you'll be towing with your hitch, you might need the following to complete your towing system:
Ball mount, part # C45010
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260
2 inch trailer ball, part # 63845
The trailer ball you need will depend on the coupler of the trailer you tow. The necessary ball size should be stamped into the coupler itself.
You'll need to obtain the trailer wiring harness... view full answer...
We don't have any fit info for a 2018 Q5 (as of 5-2017, but see below for updated hitch info!). As soon as we do though it will be on our site as we are pretty good at getting the fit info up quick. view full answer...

With this rack (and all other roof racks) you'll have to keep the sunroof closed at all times when the rack is installed. Even if you could open the sunroof you wouldn't want to since it would cause quite a bit of wind noise. view full answer...
The 2015 Audi Q5 has no confirmed fits for trunk-mount bike racks but you do have the option of installing a trailer hitch receiver, the 2-inch Class III # C13136 from Curt that you referenced, and using a hitch-mount rack instead. Hitch-mount bike racks offer the advantage of keeping the rack and bikes' weight off the vehicle's sheet metal. The weight load is instead borne by the car's frame, its strongest part. Also, a hitch means that you can use other hitch-mount items such as a cargo... view full answer...
