Hey, everybody. Welcome to eatrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today, we're taking a look at the ClearPlus Intelli Curve windshield wiper blades here on our 2021 Chevy Spark. Now, this can be an excellent little way of going ahead and replacing your old windshield wiper blade that just might not be doing the job we need it to. And this guy is gonna be pretty straightforward. Nothing too crazy going on.

Just getting you a nice solid sweep across your windshield. That way, we can go ahead and get rid of that pesky rain, so we can go ahead and drive safely for ourselves. Taking a closer look here, you can see that we are getting a nice little outer housing here. So, that's really where you're getting a lot of your pressure from. As you can see, has a nice curve to the blade, of course.

So that way, it's gonna be conforming across our windshield and not leaving any gaps or skips in it. Of course, that outer housing does a good job of getting pressure but also, just prevent anything from getting inside our frame here as we do have a hybrid style. So, you can see underneath there, we are having frames as well. And those frames are going to give you really good contact points as well throughout our blade. That way, we have constant pressure on here.

Now, it is a single blade that should be holding up quite a while for ourselves. And I do actually have a few of these on my vehicle as well. They've done a pretty good job for the six months I've had them before or so. So, you know that they are gonna be lasting you quite a long time. Well, let's go ahead, see how we can get this guy installed.

So, we're gonna go ahead and start on our driver's side here today. You'll notice we have a towel underneath here. This is gonna be a metal arm, so we don't want that snapping back and breaking or causing any kind of damage to our windshield. So, a towel or a foam block, or something to prevent this from falling down and doing any kind of damage is really gonna be helpful. So, we're just gonna go ahead and pull this guy up. Now, things may be a little different at home here today. So depending on what blade you guys actually have installed, might make this dismount just a little bit different. For us, we just have a little tab here I need to push in. That's gonna go ahead and allow myself to pull this off of our J-style hook. Now, that J-style hook is probably what we're all gonna have at home, of course, if we're factory like this Spark. And this makes it really easy to go ahead and just put on the included attachment. Now, this guy is normally gonna be right in place for ourselves, our J-style hook adapter. It does come with a couple other adapters just if we have something kind of weird going on with our arm system, or if we wanna throw it on a different vehicle at some point. But as you guys can see, we just simply walk right up. We're gonna start fitting this in. Now, this guy, how it holds in is just with a little hinge. So, it's gonna be a little tight to get on there as you guys saw but I went and go ahead. The big thing to look out for, you wanna make sure that that arm is sitting past your little hinge points here. So that way, we know it's gonna be nice and secure. Won't be coming up unless we want it to. Well, now that it's on, we just have to go ahead, put on the passenger side in the exact same way and see how it does. So, here we are inside the Spark and just gonna simulate a little bit of rain with our wiper blade fluid. As you guys can see, we're gonna ahead and tote it. Looks like it's doing a good job of getting it clean. That mist was kind of coming right behind the blade. But as you guys see, does a very good job of clearing it. I'm not seeing any streaks. I'm only seeing a tiny triangle there in the bottom of where the blades don't cross, but that is to be expected. And it's doing a very good job of getting through all this water and making sure I have clear vision. Well, as you guys saw, the ClearPlus did a very good job of clearing our windshield. I wasn't seeing any skips, any streaks, which is really what you wanna see. Again, this can be a great little pick up guys. They work really well. They're just gonna do a good job of getting that rain off of your windshield. Now, if you find yourself needing a little bit more of a heavy-duty application, so if you find yourself doing a lot of highway driving, gonna have a lot of bug guts, a lot of other debris on your windshield. I might recommend taking a look at the Scrubblade Platinum windshield wiper blade. It's just gonna give you a little bit more of aggressive approach to getting all that debris off. However, if all you're needing is to get those occasional rains off of your vehicle, I think this is gonna do quite well for ourselves.
