It is a complete set, it includes four handle covers. I did wanna pop up an insert just to show you there's what these covers would look like when they're installed on your door handles. Gives a nice, finished look to the vehicle. Now, this model does not have the keyhole cutout for the passenger size, it only has it for the driver's side. They are a quick and easy installation.
