Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at these Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs. These pop-up anchors are going to provide an accessible tie-down point for your cargo, so you just push up on them, and that'll create that tie-down point for you, and then you can easily tuck them away when you're not needing them to give you a nice clean look. So these will mount in the stake pockets on your pickup truck. They are going to be a very convenient, easy to use design, so very simple to access a tie-down point in your pickup truck's stake pocket. These are a custom fit, they're gonna work for your 2014 through 2017 GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado 1500, all the cab options, as well as the 2015 through 2017 GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and 3500, all those different cab options as well.
So this is going to be very simple to get installed, because it is custom fit, so you're not gonna have to do any drilling to get these installed. They do include very simple to follow instructions for you to get these mounted in place in your rear stake pockets. The tie-downs for the front stake pockets are sold separately, but these do have a stainless steel construction, so they are gonna be very durable and rustproof. They've got a capacity of 500 pounds each, so a combined capacity of 1,000 pounds for the pair. They do have this chrome plating, so they're gonna have a nice style to them, especially when they're retracted like they are now, so you're gonna have a nice smooth look in your stake pockets to give you a nice aesthetic while you're traveling.
You are gonna get the two tie-downs, the installation instructions, and all the hardware needed to get these installed. Got these pop up tie downs for my 2017 GMC Canyon last year for Christmas. I just love them. They make a great addition to my truck. I have used them many times to secure loads in my truck bed including furniture, large bags of mulch, and lumber. When not in use they look great as well! I would highly recommend them.
Great design! A light lubrication of like 3 in one oil helps keep the pop up working great.
Made to fit! What can I say, I like chrome! Old school great sleek look. Far better than older style of rubber plug in the pocket.
