Today on our 2016 Ram 1500 Series, we'll be doing a test fit on the DZ Heavy Weight Custom Fit Truck Bed Mat, part number DZ86996. To begin our test fit, it's a good idea to make sure that your truck bed's clean of any dirt and debris. You wouldn't want to get anything caught up underneath your mat. As you can see, our truck bed here has a spray in liner, so our mat here is going to be a great addition in protecting our truck bed and whatever we might be hauling. The next thing we want to do is find out which portion is the front and the back. I'm just going to lay it up in here like so. The back is going to have this little notch cut out portion here. That's going to go towards the tailgate.
With it in this position here, I'm actually just going to hop up in the truck bed and then pull it towards the cab. Once we've got it partially in place, we can just let it flop down and then adjust it as needed. Just like that. This is heavy weight bed mat is going to contour the back of our truck bed nicely. You can see how it comes around our wheel wells, making its way towards the back. It's going to cover up most of our truck bed's floor here.
It's made of a nyracord 00:01:26 material so it won't crack or break. Here on the underside, we've got these nibs. They're going to help it remain in place over time. It features raised vertical treads all along the top of the mat. This is going to help prevent our cargo from shifting or sliding around while we're on the road.
It's about 3/8" thick and as I said it's pretty heavy duty. We don't have to worry about it coming out of the back of our truck bed at high speeds. It's also going to resist most hazardous chemicals. That's going to complete our test on the DZ Heavy Weight Custom Fit Truck Bed Mat, on our 2016 Ram 1500 Series.

Mat is custom fit for your vehicle.Nice and thick and durable. One shortcoming is that for a 'custom fit', it could be better as it is about a 1/2" short from perfect fit.
Just got my deezee rubber bed liner fits great just as advertised also ordered weather tech tailgate protector, service was great and fast hope to business again for my 2017 ram
My truck bed rubber mat for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 came on time and very well wrapped. Fit the bed very nicely. I have only had it in a few days, but no complaints so far. I'm sure it will be fine. I had one previously on my 2006 Dodge Ram and it was great.
Good price, fits RAM 5'4" bed nicely. Retired to Colorado from Nebraska so needed it to help cushion all sorts of stuff over 700 miles of two lane blacktop (several trips!). Recommended.

The bed mat installed easily and was a perfect fit for my Ram 1500. Material appears to be tough enough to stand fairly heavy use and should provide good protection.
Liked the different ways that they can be attached to the vehicle. They make a great gift for any motorist since they are compact enough to fit in the glove compartment.

I'm very satisfied with the mat I purchased for my dodge ram I will be ordering more items soon delivery was good as well very pleased as far as pictures its a black mat on a black truck bed can't see much will be installing the tailgate bar in the morning I work out of town and only home on weekends thank you
The Truck mat was for a truck with wheel wells and i have none as it has boxes on the sides of the Ram. I did cut to fit but where the wheel wells are factory cut there is a gap so not entirely satisfied with the fit . The mat material is great though. Guess I will have to live with it.
I bought this for my 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn with Rambox. I did have to trim it to fit because of the Rambox, but it works as I hoped.
Thick, durable, good cushioning and improved friction helps hold items in place.
The mat was exactly as described. It had cut lines to trim the mat to fit my Ram with Ramboxes. It is a perfect fit. The service was excellent and the order arrived earlier than expected. It was a great experience.
This is an awesome bed mat. Heavy duty but with a little cush. I like the fact that it keeps things from sliding around.
Tuff as nails....... and best of all things don't slide around on it.

This bed mad is quite heavy and durable. I like how there's no need to drill into the bed for installation. Just drop it in and go! It evens the floor of the bed out nicely so loading items is super easy and they don't slide around.
Fit perfectly after trimming (have a heavy duty knife!).

Arrived sooner than expected. Thanks. Great condition, just like one I used years ago for hauling stone, coal, cement blocks, etc. Could never even marked it with a shovel edge. Same item.these are incredibly durable. They do have an odor when new, just like new tires. This will dissipate in a few weeks, a normal condition, since made of tire rubber. Not completely flat when rolled out. Place it out in the sun a few hours. Then reroll backwards prior to installation. roll up front first, back last, so it rolls almost perfectly in place. The fit is good, about an inch all around. Mine was over a spray in bed liner. Plenty thick, and heavy.
After receiving an email from etrailer explaining that my order would not be ready to ship for two to three weeks they kindly asked if that was okay with me or would I prefer to cancel. It also promised that if I wished to leave the order pending they would remain in touch and keep an eye on it and update me on the status. I decided to continue with the order and it arrived at my front door only one week later.
The product is very heavy duty and fits like a glove as you can y the photos. It also has a very sticky feeling surface that should keep most cargo pretty much in place.
But the real reason I am sending in this evaluation is not so much the product as it is etrailer and the way they do business. I have to say that anyone selling products on the internet should take lessons from etrailer and their staff. Their website gives tons of information on each product and the how-to videos are excellent. You know exactly what you are ordering and their customer service is the best I have ever encountered. I will be coming back the next time I need something for my truck or trailer.
