Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this five-inch long Equalizer Suspension Bolt. Now this suspension bolt is used to attach the equalizer to your center hanger on your trailer. This has a nice zinc finish to it and it does require a lock nut for installation. That lock nut is not included. We do sell that separately on our website.
It's part number 6-112. I happened to pull it just to show you that we do also sell the bolt and the lock that together also that would be part number 7-182-6-112. And again, that's sold separately on our website. This part is just for the bolt itself. Now the diameter on this bolt is right here.
It's going to be one inch. The threads per inch are eight threads per inch. The hex head size right here is one and a half inches. And the length we mentioned is five inches. And that's measured from under the hex head to the very end of the bolt.
So there's your five inch measurement, and this is a grade five bolt. If you look closely, you'll see on the head, the way you can tell that is it has three lines on it and that lets you know that it is a grade five configuration. But that should do it for the review on this five-inch long Equalizer Suspension Bolt..
