I have ordered from you in the past and have both good products and good customer service. I INSTALLED the E Trailer hitch today!! It took most of the day to find the right tools to loosen the six bolts on the 2019 Sprinter. Luckily my neighbor had a torque wrench, and 18mm tools or I would not have been able,to get this done. Another neighbor loaned me his car,Jack to move the hitch in place. Later he helped lift the part into place, as it most,certainly takes two people. The fit is very close, and goes up right next to the tail exhaust pipe.
Now,I have the factory installed Full length Step as well as the heavy duty hitch.
Perfect for bike racks, etc.
This will make it possible for me to haul the electrical components and still have a small bed and a galley in the 144 inch wheel base Mercedes Sprinter. I would not have known how important your hitch is without doing a lot of utube research. Be sure to show in your hitch description that your company designed this EASY to install on a Sprinter hitch product!1684230

Hitch was just fine, but I wish it had a place to mount the trailer plugs. It was very confusing on ordering the bolts. At the time I ordered it the new year model was not on the web site yet, but hitch placement did not change. I would have paid extra to have the bolts and away to mount the trailer plug.1751950

The hitch was a breeze to install, it took about an hour taking my time. The electronic box took a little longer, but was easy as well. Since it's been on the Sprinter we've pulled a utility trailer (6x12) with gate and full sides. The hitch and relay box have worked flawlessly. I highly recommend the hitch, relay box and etrailer. 411422

Just installed today and seems very well constructed. Online instructions were helpful. Hangs a little lower than I anticipated. Needed to add trailer connector bracket.1563705

Ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Thursday. Build quality and finish look good. My only real disappointment is the hit wasn't packaged well for transportation (basically a large plastic bag wrapped and taped around the hitch) so it arrived with damage to the paint in a few areas. I touched it up with black spray paint before installation.

Installation was very easy. The bolts that held my rear step in place were already oriented correctly so I didn't have to remove them and reinsert from the opposite side. There was some overspray/over applications of the vehicle undercoating onto the mounting surface, but it was easily removed with a putty knife. I didn't have a second set of hands to help so I used a set of jack stands to support the main cross member of the hitch and simply pivoted it into place, sliding a bolt in on each side to keep in there before sliding under the van to install and torque the rest. 30 minutes start to finish.

Nice looking hitch. If it weren't for the shipping damage from the poor packing job I would have given it 5 stars.409644
