Great hitch for the money. Easy installation on a 2016 Kia Sportage and after a year, it still works and looks great. Its primary use is to hold a bicycle rack, so I added a stabilizer and now it's perfect (no wobble)!
The product was in good condition except for the 0ne and a quarter drawbar. I had to grind it down so that it would fit in the receiver. I like it real good it looks good on the car. I had no problems putting it on the car. Wiring harness fit perfect.

I ordered my hitch from e-trailer , it arrived within a few days with free shipping . I was concerned about the fit , e-trailers website made ordering the right hitch for my vehicle very easy .But I needed to make sure it fit after it arrived so I could get rid of the box and was concerned with how long it would take me to install it , keep in mind you need help installing it due to the weight of the hitch , with the help of my neighbor we installed the hitch in less than 1/2 hour its just 4 bolts. The hitch fits my vehicle like a glove. I have absolutely no complaints but I do have a suggestion , include a youtube link on the instructions . After I installed it , I found a youtube instructional video by e-trailer on youtube, what little worries I had could have been eliminated if I saw the video first . This is a very solid piece of hardware - thick material, good welds. Mine did come with the finish chipped off one corner. Installation was easy and as described in the video and instructions - except that somewhere I got that it was a 17mm socket, and the bolts I received required 5/8.
Also as described, the receiver tube is quite short and leaves very little clearance. For example, my Yakima Pronghorn bike rack clears the badge on my liftgate by maybe 2mm - which is within the play in the rack's tilt mechanism. Will probably modify the rack for clearance. Should be no problem with my cargo rack, which has a longer shank.
Just received and installed this trailer hitch on my wife's kia. The hitch receiver itself looks to be very well made and heavy duty. The packaging was ok. The product was received with some scratches along the mounting surfaces and a couple of the corners but I'm not concerned with blemished areas and scratches. Installation was simple especially with the online videos at etrailers YouTube page. All in all it seems like a well made and affordable product. I did like the free shipping with the order that was very fast. I will use etrailer.com for all my needs.

Very easy installation. Didn't even have to drop the muffler like it said in the instructions. I was able to tip it in between the muffler and bumper cover.
the hitch went on very easy. I was able to install it by myself and it took 15 minutes tops. I was able to slide it under the exhaust and didn't have to remove any hangers.
