I just installed these mirrors so I haven't taken out my trailer with them yet but I'm very happy with the initial quality and look of these mirrors. All functionality has been retained minus the puddle light which needs to be flashed from my understanding for it to work again. These mirrors are a flat, textured black where as the OEM on my 2017 RAM 1500 where gloss black but they look fine. Surface area of the mirror is quite a bit larger than the OEM in the regular position so that's cool. I really can't imagine not being satisfied with these once I get on the road with my travel trailer so 5 stars from me!
Installed these today on my 2015 Ram Crew Cab 2x4 Tradesman - a very simple install. The passenger mirror seemed a little malformed at the forward triangle tip as it did not sit flush against the vehicle like the driver side. I even loosened the nuts and started with the forward nut in case that would help. It did not. :-/ With the foam gasket underneath and the fact that a “leak” in that area would drain outside of the door, I am not overly concerned. I was able to drive with them in the regular position and it is a totally new experience that will take some position tweaking and getting used to. Solid mirrors. Extended them and backed up to my 36’ travel trailer. I can clearly see the sides of the trailer. Sweet. As warned, the now-new-to-the-truck mirror-mounted puddle lamps and turn signals will need to be flashed (programmed) by a dealer or auto shop to make them work on the mirrors. So I will get that done by an auto shop after I install an OEM brake controller which will also need to be flashed after install. So two birds with one stone.
On the truck and working, I like them, only thing left is go to dealer and get turn signal and puddle lite activated in my truck computer. But great mirrors
Ordered the mirrors off of a busted up one for our body shop. The search came back with just a partial part number and they were a match. Hard to find aftermarket accessories for customers especially older model trucks. Was glad to find this site. Fast free shipping was a plus. Would definitely order again if the need arises. I received my mirrors exactly as advertised and very well packaged. The only bad I can say is there were no directions but a quick [web] search and I was ready to go. Took about an hour to install them and they fit perfectly. Everything works and I highly recommend them.
Bought this set for my ram 1500, 20 min install and as good as oem. worked great with my 30’ tt. Michigan to mission Texas to kingman az. And back. Would recommend and buy again!
Product looks nice, mirror moved with controls but the lights won’t turn on. Makes a big difference on truck

These are great mirrors for adding on extendable mirrors however additional features like the puddle light or built in turn signals are only enabled if they were also on the original mirrors. Another option for a 2020 Ram 1500 Classic would be part # LVT-3100C which slides onto the existing mirrors.
Great customer service and an excellent product. After having an issue with my order etrailer customer service quickly resolved the problem. The Mirrors look excellent and feel exactly like the original mirrors that came with my Ram 1500. Took about 45 minutes to install both of these. Very easy install. Great video posted on there website going over how to install them. Makes it simple. Def worth the money.
ONE WAS BROKEN. BUT WHEN I CALLED ON IT, IT TURNED OUT I ORDERED THE WRONG ONES SO I AM SENDING THEM BOTH BACK. YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE TO FIT MY 2020 RAM 2500 YET
