The mirror actually fell out of the housing during shipment. I looked inside the housing and it looked very cheaply made. That is unacceptable for a mirror costing $[XX]+ so I returned them for refund.
They look good I know I will be able to see around my trailer. It took longer to install on my serra sle as I had to remove door panels. The passenger side drages bad extending and retracting.how about dry lube.
Easy to install. Shows clear images. Big improvement over the smaller stock mirrors I had.
They fit very well, the price was reasonable, and the installation instructions were very easy to follow.
I would recommend them to anyone shopping for towing mirrors.
After recently purchasing a travel trailer my wife and I knew we needed to upgrade our stock truck mirrors to trailering mirrors. I searched many websites for the right set of mirrors. Etrailer.com hit the mark. Not only did they have the extendable mirrors we were seeking, they also had a price within our budget. These mirrors come as a set. They filled my order promptly and the package arrived in a couple of days. The installation for both mirrors took only 2 hours. They function well and look great!

Do both mirrors. The power wires had new clips on them and were shrink rapped. Couldn’t tell the difference between them and Oem at more then half the cost. Very pleased with the product and definitely will look to etrailer first in the future.
These mirrors were easy to install. They work extremely well,are easy to adjust. Vibration is minimal. A slight hum or whistle in extended or non extended position.

online videos on installation helps especially with removing door trim pieces which for me was the majority of the time and difficulty. It plugged into existing wire harness and everything works like it did with OEM mirrors (able to control tilt using door buttons, etc.) I just wished they would have sent the nuts with washers like OEM. I used on the OEM original nuts since it had washer base on the 3 but had to go buy a washer for the 4th nut since the 3/8 hole almost allows nut to go through the hole.
Excellent fit! They look factory. Install is straightforward and didn't take 45 minutes to install both sides. Watch the install video for a quick reference. These were on back order at the time I placed my order. etrailer staff kept me informed and updated as status changed all the way to delivery. Excellent customer service once again. This is my 4th purchase from etrailer and I'll use them again!
Decided I was done with clip on tow mirrors and purchased a set of these for my 2017 Silverado. Install was less than 45 minutes, fits great. I will make a suggestion, I put magnets under the area where you have to drill the extra hole to catch all the metal shavings.
I purchased a pair of K source towing mirrors fora 2014 Silverado 1500. The quality is pretty good, and the install was made easy thanks to you tube
Does not fit 2024 Chevy 2500 as website suggests.

You are right! I saw you spoke with customer service. It looks like we had our fitguide wrong for these mirrors because these fit models up to 2019, not 2024 like yours. We will be able to help you with a return and we are going to send in an update to the page.
Changed out my stock mirrors for these since I have a camper to pull. The installation was medium difficulty because working around the trim was a little difficult. I did everything the video installation showed, it was just a kind of a pain to work around. Other than that, pretty straight forward, took me a couple hours and I was all done. The quality is great and works as advertised. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.
Tbese K-Source Mirrors are great for the price that's significantly cheaper than a lot of tow mirrors on the market. They look great on the truck and look like they came from the manufacturer. The small nuts provided o bolt the mirror to the truck could be upgraded like the factory nuts with built in washers. Just use the factory nuts and you only need one additional washer. They eliminate blind spots during normal everyday travels and that alone is worth the upgrade to the tow mirrors. I have not towed a trailer with them yet but expect they will perform great. I do get slight vibrations on the passenger mirror when traveling on the highway but I can live with it thus the reason for 4 stars. 5+ Stars for customer service from etrailer. I had a problem with one of my mirrors and they quickly sent me a replacement one out in the mail. I received the replacement mirror in a few days. Communication was great with the customer service reps.

Still working great. Towing with them work as expected with greater visibility. Still that same slight vibration on the passenger mirror at highway speeds. The vibration makes the image slightly blurry but nothing that I cant live with.
It took me about 2 1/2 hours to install. The biggest problem was disconnecting the electrical connection on the first one. I did notice that when drilling the holes, iron filings were falling down by where electrical connection so I stuck a rag down there to prevent them from getting in the connection and messing it up. Putting on the second one took less than a 1/2 hour after I knew what I was doing. The video was a tremendous help. Written instructions would have been worthless to me. Extremely satisfied with how they turned out and look.
I bought these for my son's 2017 Chevy silverado LT they look good only took an hour to install a friend of my son's installed them he is very happy with them these will be easy to use then snap on that he had.
Was just as described, the installation was easy, they look factory and the mirrors don’t shake like other aftermarket mirrors I’ve had before

Decent mirror, I wished I had looked at other people’s mirrors before purchasing this particular model. The lower mirror needs to be rounded for a wider view, added a 3” spot mirror to upper mirror which helped give a wider view.
Perfect fit. Plug and play on my 2015 Silverado. Great upgrade. I will buy from etrailer again..
2017 Silverado 1500. Excellent quality and easy install. 4th hole was already there from the factory, so no drilling. I wish I had bought these years ago.

great staff received one with a broken mirror made a phone call and they sent me a hole replacement with a return sticker made it easy. video to install very helpful both installed easily. like the look finish looks original. I tow a R V trailer the added width is very helpful.
Installed these on my 2019 Silverado LD. Have had them now for not quite a year now. Very happy with ease of install and function of these mirrors. So much better than the slide on tow mirrors that I had been using. Mirrors are secure and very little, if any vibration when extended. Makes towing so much better.
