Today we're going to be taking a look at part number BDW20150. This is the Bulldog Shackle from Bulldog Winch. Shackles are going to lie 00:00:09 to safely connect the looped ends of chains, cables, ropes, snash box and straps. Making them great for agricultural, industrial or recreational applications. The actual diameter of the shackle is going to measure 3/4 of an inch. Steel construction with the zinc plating, and it's going to be finished with the black powder coat finish for corrosion and rust resistance.

It's going to feature the screw pin type, which is going to allow for easy connection and removal. See right there. We can take the measurement of the opening that we have between these two areas. That internal measurement looks to be about an inch and a 1/4. The diameter of the pin, this is going to measure 7/8 of an inch at this portion right here. This is designed for 7/8 inch diameter shackle mounts.

This product is going to feature a working load limit of 9,500 pounds. Again, very strong and durable, it's got the large tab right here on the screw pin which allows you to get plenty leveraged to get it fully tightened down and also makes it easier when you're ready to uninstall your cable or rope, whatever it is that you have installed on your shackle.
