3,000-lb Capacity. Great for trucks with plows, these front hollow rubber springs help to stabilize and level your Ford F-250 Super Duty. They also provide a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability. Easy to install and use.

Specs:
Just like the rear of your vehicle will sag under the weight of a fully loaded bed, the front of your vehicle will sag when under the burden of heavy equipment such as a snowplow. In this case, the front axle is handling not only the weight of the equipment, but also more of the vehicle's weight. Overall vehicle handling - traction, steering, and braking - is negatively affected. But the resistance from Timbren's Suspension Enhancement System works with your factory suspension to keep your vehicle level and improve your driving experience.
The Timbren system comes with custom-fit brackets that are bolted onto each frame rail above your front axle. Hollow rubber springs are bolted to the bottom of the bracket and hang down so that the bottom of each spring touches the axle. Because each spring is making constant contact with the axle, it is always working to cushion and support your factory suspension.
Timbren Suspension Enhancement Systems are designed to work progressively. When the hollow rubber springs are compressed, the convoluted design causes them to quickly collapse along the folds. Once the folds are compacted, the stacked barrel shape increases resistance, stiffening the suspension and keeping your vehicle level.
Each hollow rubber spring works independently to support the driver's-side or passenger's-side of your vehicle. This is helpful when you swerve or make sharp turns. Each spring is activated when it is needed, so body roll is greatly reduced. The independent action also works well when you're carrying off-center loads.
Timbren's Suspension Enhancement System will help raise the front end of your vehicle when you're using heavy equipment like a snowplow. This ensures that your headlight beams will be pointed in the right direction and tire wear will be reduced. If the plow is off-center or has an extension, the springs will automatically compensate for this as well.
Another great feature of the rubber construction is that the springs absorb most of the road shock, creating a smoother, more stable ride overall. Wear and tear on the factory suspension is also lessened because the rubber springs work to prevent bottoming out on rough roads.
Timbren's Suspension Enhancement Systems are much easier to install than air springs - there are no air hoses to run, no compressors or gauges to hook up, and no manual adjustments to make. The rubber construction makes Timbren's springs more elastic than similar products constructed of microcellular urethane. More elasticity allows for a more comfortable ride because the rubber has more travel.

3,000-lb Capacity. Great for trucks with plows, these front hollow rubber springs help to stabilize and level your vehicle. They also provide a more comfortable ride by absorbing road shock and improving roll stability. Easy to install and use.2 stars for the directions. Directions on how to remove the old stops and install the new ones are horrible. It took me over hours to get the first one done, and about 15 minutes to do the second one. The biggest issue I had was, it comes with a spacer, but the directions says... use what you need (when it comes to the spacer). HOW THE &$%$ am I supposed to know what I need. I used the 1 inch spacer, now the front end sits about 1/2 inch higher... do I remove it?
4 stars for the ride. The truck rides great and I can tell a difference in how smooth it rides, but still don't now if I need to mess up my back (bad back) more to remove the spacer (I have to take the front wheels off to get the SES installed). I might wait until I get the hardware installed for the plow to see if I need to remove the spacers (they might bring it back down where it should be).
I really want to give this a higher rating. Once you discover how to do the install, it takes a few minutes, but the learning curve is sharp.

Im so glad I got these when I did. A few months later, my wife decided she didnt like me snow blowing 8 hours a day due to the winter we had last year, we got a plow for the truck. When I asked them about ballast, they asked if I had something like Timbren suspension kit on the front, I said yes, they said, dont worry about it. They work great with the plow, I even recommended these to another customer that was also buying a plow. So, yeah, Id recommend them.
Arrived soon than expected. I installed these front springs myself after watching videos of others who had done it and claimed that it was relatively easy. I am not a mechanic and don't have many auto mechanic tools but have enough knowledge about vehicles to know my way around. Installation really wasn't too bad. Over an hour with a floor jack and two jack stands in the garage. After completing, I measured wheel clearance to be about the same as before even though new springs contact front axle of my 2014 Ford F250 SD diesel truck. After a ride on country roads I found the ride to be somewhat firmer than usual but not uncomfortable. I felt more of the road while bouncing less. The real test will be during next snow event when my Boss 9' V-blade plow hooks up and goes to work.
The instructions are not very comprehensive. The picture in them shows a nut and bolt to affix the "weldment" to the frame. My 2005 Ford F250 Powerstroke 4X4 frame is threaded where the weldment screws into. The parts bag only had a nut to attach the "Aeon spring" to the weldment and not one for the weldment-to-frame. Luckily the bolt supplied for the weldment had the same thread pitch as the frame threads. I recommend Timbren change their instructions by saying the frame might be threaded.
As the instructions state, the Aeon spring is touching the axle bump spot. They fit perfectly and raised the truck front-end about 1/2 inch.
Highly recommended
work perfectly
Like it a lot helps the sway from the slide in camper.
Product is top notch! One suggestion on making the install easier concerns the flat washer inside the boot. It is a challenger when trying to keep it in place when working vertical. what I did To solve the problem of keeping washer in place was to put a dab of silicone sealant on the washer position it over the hole let it cure which held washer in place. Perfect solution lol

No issues at all : great product! extremely happy with them
Nice and Easy install on our 2011 Ford F350 with Boss Snow Plow, Did the trick raising the front end about 3 inches plus. Just jack up the front end,Support with blocks or stands. Remove the front tires, Remove the existing axle stops by prying off the mounts then remove the mounts bolted to the frame. Use the existing bolt to install the new bumper mounts. Then install the new bumpers to the mounts using the long bolt. Make sure the offsets match the existing stop positions on the axle. Check for interference from lines or wires, zip tie if necessary. Install tires lower off jacks. Enjoy.......
Really good customer service!
Eazy install, the trick was to tack weld the lock nut to the washer.
This is the second set purchased, happy so far.

Great
These may be a five rating, just put them on today so time will tell so I rated them a 4 for now. My F250 Super Duty 4x4 (no lift) sits right on the rubber as the instructions indicated they should. Took me about 2 hours to install both sides. Probably would take less if I had to do it again, first time beginners slowness. One thing I had to do was put a touch of super glue on the internal bulb washer and the nut to marry them together to keep them intact while I was trying to feed them through the bulb and thread them into the frame. Lost 30 minutes trying to do this without that solution, after that it was quick.
I bought this as the stock bumpers appeared to be no less that 5" from the frame. When driving down our country road our truck just bounced us all around the cab whenever we hit a divot etc. I am really hoping the inside cab ride comfort will be improved by the installation of this Timbren Front SES.
Price was very good delivery was fast kept you up to date on delivery times and date plan on using them in my 2017 ford super duty to help with the were and tear of snowplowing
I installed this product on my 2021 F-250 Platinum and it has eliminated all roll/sag in corners and drives more like my BMW vs a truck in steering and handling...would recommend this product be put on at factory vs aftermarket as it makes an extreme difference in handling and control!
Excellent product easy to install Works fantastic on 2014 ford f350 with fisher xv2 v plow.
Very happy it fixed my nightmare problems. I highly recommend the system.
Installed this kit on the front of my 2012 FORD F250 4X4 AND they work well so far.
Missing some of the mounting hardware
The product arrived on time and was installed within minutes. Very pleased at this point and can already feel the difference in stability on my F350

I am so glad you are pleased with these! To answer your question about the spacer, it sounds like you should remove it since it is causing your front is half an inch higher. Once it is gone, that should even you back out.
