Today we're taking a look at the replacement blade guides for snow plows. Now, these replace the blade guides for Diamond Snowplows. They replace Diamond part number 811000095. They measure 27 inches long. So, we took that measurement from this end to this end, so end to end, overall length 27 inches long. As you can see the base is the mount base.
So, this is how it attaches. It's a bolt on installation. Mounting hardware, new hardware is included to get it attached, and the base is made from a durable steel and it has that nice protective finishing on it which is going to keep that safe from rust and corrosion.The guides are yellow in color. They are made from a nice durable flexible material, so you don't have to worry about them breaking. And they've got the cover on the end so they are hollow, so that cover keeps anything from getting internal, which is going to help prevent any type of corrosion or damage from the inside of the unit, out.The product's also made in the USA.

Very visible, sturdy and flexible product, but not whippy. I mounted mine on my boat trailer to monitor trailer position when backing up with trailer empty. Used lag bolts to secure instead of nuts and bolts provided. Will not break if bumped by boat when loading or unloading and will not scratch boat.

Nice quality, only time will tell if they hold up. Using them for marking the back of the trailer making it easier to back up
