The cord arrived in the original factory box. Neither end was taped shut, both ends were open. At some point the cord must have fallen out of the box and was put back inside. The box was not in great shape when it got here. This is my second order, the first was well packaged with no issue. This order :(

I recently ordered RV extension and the entire process was super easy. Also, etrailer not only notified me the order had been received, but advised me that an alternate product was available if desired since what I ordered was out os stock. This proactive reach out impressed me and was appreciated. I ultimately need the cord I had ordered, and waited which still turned out to be very quick.

Good, heavy cord. Not quite as thick as the Furion original 50a Shore power cord that came with the trailer, but seems well made with strong plugs and easy to use handles and is listed as 6-8 gauge wire. UPS screwed up and marked my address as undeliverable/invalid (even though they deliver there a couple of times a month) and didn't deliver it on Friday as promised. Called eTrailer Sunday and they got immediately on the phone with UPS and I had the package in-hand the next day. Only gripe would be that I paid a small extra fee to get second day delivery but delivery took 5 days and the extra fee was not refunded. But that seems standard practice across the industry. Again, eTrailer resolved it very quickly and followed up to be certain I had it the next business day after I notified them. UPS gets a one-star rating as they again screwed up delivering a package from eTrailer (virtually the same thing happened with a delivery in January). No idea why it's the etrailer packages...unless the driver is just lazy and doesn't like to deliver these heavier packages (brake drums, heavy cables, etc.) I get from them.

A must have if you have a 50 amp service. So much more flexible and lightweight that the cord that came with the trailer. We keep it in a Stromberg Carlson Hose and Cord Caddy (which is also an amazing product!).

Works great. The handles on the plug ends make it easy to hook and unhook from another cord. The red handles make it easy to identify where the connections are. I'm glad I purchased this as I needed a extension cord since my factory camper cord was too short when I went camping last time.

Thank you etrailer. Was easy to order and they had the product in stock. Delivered when expected and promised. Carol at etrailer let me know it was delivered before UPS did. We live a fair ways off the road where UPS delivered, so notifications are appreciated. Product of good quality and appears quite solid. Works as advertised. Handles are a nice feature and make handling the connections easy.

This is a very well built, heavy duty cord. Excellent for extending the reach of the RV cord at home or campsites with poorly placed power connections. The handles are easy to grip for unplugging.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. We needed a longer cord because our plug in for the camper is in the front 1/3 of the left side so it is just a matter of time before the stock cord won't reach the plug in box and I did not want that to be the time that I wished I had an extension cord.
