How to Use Two 50amp Power Cords In Line Together

Hi, I a, trying to find an adapter that will allow me to string together two 50 amp cables. Both have a 50 amp twist lock female at one end and then a four prong at the other. How can I do this?

I do have a couple different options for you, but there is no adapter for what you are needing to do. The best option would be to use an extension cord like the Mighty Cord RV Extension Cord # A10-5025EH.

Since you already have 2 power cords you could use the Power Grip Replacement RV Power Cord Adapter Receptacle # CAM55353. You would need to cut off one of the twist lock ends and install this in its place, essentially turning your power cord into an extension cord.

If you decide to go the Power Grip Replacement RV Power Cord Adapter Receptacle # CAM55353 route, I would recommend having this done by a licensed electrician because there is not a lot of information on wiring for these cords and it could cause damage to your RV if done incorrectly.
