Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at an LED reading light. Now, this reading light would be a great addition to your RV. It easily mounts to the wall with the included hardware. It's a surface mount installation, and it provides really nice white light. It features a satin chrome finish, and is constructed from a durable metal construction. The on and off switch is located right here, provides easy and quick operation.

And, the head swivels so it can rotate side to side like that, and also you can angle it. So it's got a really nice swivel to design to it so you can get light exactly where you need it.Now, this is an LED system and it has a total of 36 diodes or LEDs. LEDs are very efficient. They provide bright light and you don't have to worry about changing bulbs and you don't have to worry about brittle filaments with LED systems.A few measurements to go over with you real quick, and then we'll hook it up to power so you can see what it looks like. Again, it does come with mounting screws as well as wall anchors.

The diameter of the base measures 2 3/8 inches. And then if it was mounted to the wall in this orientation here, that's gonna really let us know about how much clearance we need. So from the wall to the furthest outpoint of the light measures around 4 3/4 inches. Now the mount holes on this unit are separated on center by about 1 3/8 inches.We're gonna go and hook it up to power. That way you can see what it looks like with some power running to it, and then we'll also be able to turn off our overhead light so you can see it in a lower light setting.

It sends out very bright, consistent light output. It's a nice, bright unit. Again, 36 LEDs and it has the daylight white color to it. You can move this around to where you need it, swivel it back and forth, that way you can direct light exactly where you need it for your application.Now the color temperature is 5,500 k. Brightness is around 185 lumens.

And this product is designed for 12 volt systems. And you'll also notice that the on and off switch has a very quick response time.That's gonna do it for today's look at the LED reading light.
