Pull-Down Head

Phoenix Faucets Hybrid Pull Down Spout

Tackle that food caked onto your plates from all angles with the pull-down head. Toggle between the stream and spray options depending on how much pressure you need or how long that food has been sitting there. When you're done using it, the spout self-retracts with a hose weight that can be adjusted anywhere along the spray hose.

1-Hole or 3-Hole Installation

This faucet lets you upgrade the kitchen faucet in your RV or camper. Depending on your setup, this faucet can have either a 1-hole installation using the round deck plate or a 3-hole installation using the oval deck plate and included hardware. Using the brass inlet shank with polymer lining, drop the new faucet and deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Thread the mounting nut onto the shank with the included tool, so that the brass and rubber washers are in between the nut and the underside of the counter. Then connect the pull-down head hose to the hose on the faucet body. Finally, install the hose weight and connect the hot and cold water lines. The use of tub and tile caulk (not included) is required.

Video Transcript for Review of Phoenix Faucets RV Faucets - Kitchen Faucet w/ Pull Down Spout - PF231361

Ellen: Hey everybody, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a quick look at the Phoenix Faucets RV faucet with pull-down spout. This makes a great addition to your kitchen area in your RV, and it just is going to really make it look very nice, but also still be a very functional faucet for you. I haven't set up on a sink just to give you kind of an idea of the scale. It is set up backwards, so you can see all the plumbing at the bottom there. It will wobble a little bit, so just be aware of that because of the nature of this table, or the sink just resting on my table here. But let's take a closer look and talk about some of the features and how the install will work, and I'll give you some measurements towards the end of the video as well.So we have our pull-down spout.

This does have a weight to help bring it back up. You might have to help it in that last little bit, so you can clip into place, but really easy to operate. It looks really nice. It does have a button here so we can cut off the flow of water so you're not spraying it out everywhere. You can also switch from stream to spray and keep that water where it needs to go.

The nice thing about an RV faucet, or one specifically for an RV is that it's going to have a low flow rate so you're not wasting any water. Make sure that you don't have to refill your water. You're not wasting anything while you're out on the road.It is made out of a durable hybrid construction. So it's basically an ABS plastic that's covered with a metal material. So it should look really nice, stay durable for a long time.

It comes with two different bases. I have the one that's for a three hole sink, so it covers up those extra two holes that you would normally have for your hot and cold adjustment. But it does come with a base for just a single hole design, so similar, matches the chrome finish of the rest of it. You can use either one. The install we're pretty much be the same, whichever way you go.I'll bring this over a little bit so you can see the underside, how our hardware works here.

You have the pipe that everything's going to fit onto. This is really the thing to pay attention to. We'll have a nut to tighten down on there, a metal washer and a rubber washer. The rubber washer is what goes on the side of the sink, and then it's followed by that metal washer. Then everything's tightened down with the nut. It does come with a tool to tighten that down, so should be able to just easily tighten that by hand. You want to be careful with those threads to not strip them out or anything, and you don't want to over-tighten or crush any of the fixtures. To get that installed, you will have to make one connection here to make the connection between the ends of the pull-down spout. This just gives you the extra length that you need to be able to pull that down, and there is the weight to help allow it to retract in. You can adjust this pretty much anywhere along that line. I'd say you've got about a max of 27 inches that you could pull out of the sink or that you have to work with to pull out of the faucet. Might not be 27, pretty sure it should be actually a 27 that you're actually getting to use.To make that connection, just push it in, and it clips right in place. If you need to take it out or disconnect it, you just push down on this little collar and then it'll release. So pretty easy to make that connection there. Then the other two hoses coming off are the connections for our hot and cold. Cold is labeled, so you don't have to worry about guessing which one is which, so pretty straightforward install. You don't really need any other tools besides the one that they provide. That's always nice.I'll set this back down and we can talk a little bit more about the function here. The lever is just that paddle style lever, push it forward or towards you for cold, push away from you for hot, or anywhere in between to dial in that temperature. As you push out to the side, it increases that flow of water, so you can adjust that from there. The faucet will swing around from side to side completely and allow you to spray out all the corners of your sink. So you can get all the dishes cleaned out everything, sprayed out and bring that back up. Then there's just a little tab that lines up and lets that clip into place. This is ADA compliant. The flow rate is 2.2 gallons per minute. The overall dimensions, if we measure from the edge of the faucet to the edge of the base for this longer base, it's about 13 inches. Coming from the back of the faucet to the front, it's about 10 and a half, or excuse me, 10 and a quarter inches deep. It's 16 inches tall to the very top and about two and a quarter inch wide. If we go from the base to either side, it's about five inches here. This base, the longer oval base is about 10 and a quarter inches by two and a half inches deep. The round base is two and five eights of an inch in diameter. Our spout length going from the center of the faucet to the edge of the spout is nine inches.Again, you have about 27 inches of range, depending on where you put that weight on there. Distance from the mounting points to the aerator is about eight inches, from the countertop to the aerator is about eight inches. Inlet shank, here the space that it's going to take up is about one in five sixteenths. That threaded pipe that comes down is about two and a half inches in length. The ends of the water supply line size, those are two or excuse me, one and a half inch male pipe thread. That's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the Phoenix Faucets pull down RV faucet. I hope this has been helpful in deciding if this is the right one for you. We do also have it in brushed nickel and brushed bronze. So if you want to check out either one of those, we also have them here at etrailer.com, along with a lot of other accessories and parts for your RVs, so check them out. Thanks for watching.

I needed a new faucet after my original faucet started leaking. I chose this one for the gooseneck arm and pull down sprayer. Installation on this was a breeze. I’m in love!

by:

I needed to replace my Thor Windsport kitchen faucet. I was able to find the exact faucet from etrailer. It arrived in a timely manner and the installation instructions were easy to follow. The price was fair and the customer service excellent. I recommend this site highly. I’ve made multiple purchases and have always been pleased.

by:

Package arrived a little beat up but the faucet was fine. All parts were in box. Install was a breeze and the new faucet looks great!! Love the pull down handle!

by:

Both faucets were a huge upgrade from OEM. both work smoothly and feel like a quality residential faucet. the kitchen faucet went in without a hitch, no problems and works great. The bathroom was a bit more involved. Turns out the threaded attachments on the new one are about an eighth inch shorter than the OEM which wouldn't allow the water line fittings to tighten enough. I had to mill about a sixteenth off the mounting nuts and some off the Pex couplings to get enough threads to allow them to tighten enough. After that all is good.

Still working and looking great! Very happy with the product.

by:

My initial install impressions are very good. Faucet looks to be good quality, a big upgrade from original cheap feeling RV faucet. No problems on the install. My favorite feature so far, which I don't recall being mentioned in the product description (although I might have missed it), is the fact that it has a button on the faucet head that will stop the flow of water. This is especially important when you are trying to use minimal water when washing/rinsing dishes. You can set your temperature and then use the button to just "squirt" as needed.

by:

I Like the fit and finish on my new faucet. The socket wrench that comes with it makes it easy to secure the faucet without damaging the hoses. I like the smooth operation of the mixing valve. I would have given this faucet 5 stars but the water saving round button on the hose end does Not appear to be hands free! Yes, I can shut off the water at the faucet. I will be investigating this further but, out of the box, to leave the mixing valve at the right temperature and shut off the water, I have to hold down the button and scrub dishes with one hand :( Other than that, it's a huge upgrade from the leaky plastic two valve faucet.

by:

After 1-year of light use, looks good and operates good as new. Was a smart addition to our trailer and really dressed up / modernized the older kitchen decor.

by:

Good quality faucet and easy to install in my Thor Four Winds. Replaced original faucet that did not have a pull down spout.

Great product. Very happy with this purchase. Shipping was on time. Overall experience could not have been any better.

by:

The directions need to be revised. Assembly is fairly easy. Works great

  • Diameter of Inlet on Phoenix Faucets Kitchen Faucet
The inlet of the Phoenix Faucet # PF231361 fits a standard 1-5/16 inch hole which directly converts to 1.3125 inches so I'm guessing it'll fit your 1.34 inch measurement but I really can't say with certainty. RV faucets fit the same fittings as you use in a home so they're quite standard.

  • What Side Lever Kitchen Faucet Will Fit In A 2011 16-Foot Scamp
I did some research and most 2011 Scamp Campers like yours come with an eight inch long base for the kitchen faucet. The Brushed Nickel Side Lever Faucet, Item # 277-000129, has a 10 inch long base so it may not fit. You will need to do some measuring to see if it will work for you. The good news about Item # 277-000129 is that it has a 1-hole or 3-hole mounting option which can make installation possible and easier. While not brushed nickel, a similar faucet with an eight inch long...

  • Are Chrome RV Kitchen Faucets Available?
There are chrome RV kitchen faucets available that are similar to the Patrick Distribution Brushed Nickel # 277-000129 you were looking at. For example, the Phoenix Faucets # PF231361, which is a 1-hole or 3-hole mount with a pull-down spray nozzle. You can see how this looks in the accompanying photo. Other faucets that would work for you are the Phoenix Faucets 8" Dual Handle with Side Sprayer # PF231301, which also comes in versions with a single handle, # PF231322 or # PF231341. I've...
