Black powder coated aluminum screen fits and locks into existing channels on your screen door for added protection.The poor quality of the bottom filler strips is very disappointing considering the high price of this product. All of the plastic filler strips were different lengths and the cuts were crooked and rough. I have seen smoother cuts made with a chainsaw. The length of the pieces were not long enough though to be recut smooth and square.
just what I needed, directions clear and install was easy
We brook a chance on this product. We have a Jayco Class C and we were told buy them it would not work on it. However after looking at pics of the product, reading your return policy, and studying our screen door - we ordered. It does not come up as far as what it would on a Lipper door but it works to help protect our cats.
Perfect solution for me! Protects the screen from my dog!
I ordered the wrong size my fault so I need to return it and order the correct size other then that all is good.
This was about the easiest install ever! Have not tested it with the pooch yet it looks like it will do the trick. Friends w dogs recommended so Im confident it will work out.

From the time we installed, we have been able to leave our puppies int the trailer without fear of coming back to a torn screen. We love it.
Great product! Keeps my cats from destroying the screen door of the RV….and now I know that they cannot ‘bolt’ through it!!

I’m so impressed with the screen defender. Finally a product that works like the manufacturer states that it will. The ease of use of this product is just like it showed on the video that I reviewed prior to purchase. I would highly recommend this product to anybody that wants to protect their RV screen door.
This product is A1 ! I originally ordered a size too small and called trailer and told them my mistake. That same day I had a UPS label emailed and I sent the parcel back and Nicole placed the order for the size I needed. 3 days later the screen protector is installed in the trailer screen door and looks great along with the fact it protects the screen from our 2 kitties claws ! Thanks so much.

The protector popped right in the screen door. Didnt have to do any modifications. Also the included gap fillers were easily installed. I have two 70 lbs dogs, I believe this should work great keeping them from popping the screen out with there noses. Definitely recommend.
Screen protector was an easy install, once we received the correct size. Customer service was very good to work with, prompt in getting the correct size to us.

I have gotten in contact with the manufacturer and they said that based on the pictures, it appears that you could shave down the edges to smooth them out. You could use a very sharp utility knife to do this.
