The 3-ply SFS AquaShed top panel reduces moisture buildup that can damage your popup over time. It also beads water when it rains to stop it from pooling or freezing, which eliminate the black streaks and corrosion you tend to see on the sides and roof of your popup. And when the rain stops, the fabric dries quickly to minimize the development of mold and mildew. The top panel blocks the roof of your popup from mild sunlight as well, protecting the cover from cracking and fading.
How to Measure Your Pop-Up Camper or Trailer
To determine if this cover will work for you, measure the overall length of your popup from the very front to the rear bumper. The cover isn't meant to fit over the tongue of your popup, so don't include it in your measurements. Then measure the overall height from the bottom of the popup to the top. Do not include any AC units, vents, or antennas in your height measurement, as the cover is already designed to accommodate them.
Securing the Cover onto Your Camper or Trailer
First unroll the cover and carefully spread it evenly around your popup, making sure you don't pull too hard and tear the fabric. The cover is labeled with "front" and "rear" to help you position the cover correctly on your popup.
Once the cover is in place, wrap the elasticized hem on the cover around the bottom corners of your popup to remove any excess slack in the material. Thread the included cinch rope through the built-in grommets on the cover and pull on them until the cover fits snugly around the contours of your popup. And then toss the weighted straps underneath your popup to the other side and buckle them together, which keeps the cover secure and prevents it from flapping in the wind and damaging the paint job.

I've owned two of these and I have to say these were not made to last more than a season or two--especially if you get strong winds. Both of mine ripped in the front after some persistent 25 mph gusts. Also super cheap buckles on the straps that connect on the underside of the trailer. 2 of the three buckles broke just by virtue of connecting/disconnecting them a dozen times. The price point isn't bad for this cover, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for.
The cover I ordered for my 1964 Vintage rv trailer which was for a Pop up trailer, but had the right dimensions worked great. The cover had a great price and the quality was also very good. I have never been disappointed in purchasing my trailer needs from e-trailer. Thanks
Just installed yesterday. 12' cover fits my 10'4" pop-up trailer great. It fits the bike racks on top, around the propane tank and battery and over the tongue. Installed alone without issue. The straps were very easy to use and one of the main reasons I got this cover. It rained this morning and water beaded up on the cover and rolled off. Will see about its longevity in time.
The Adco cover fit our Aliner LXE very well. However, it tore very easily, often with little stress, requiring duct tape. In addition, sun exposure seems to break down the fabric, leaving the trailer covered in a fine dust when the cover is removed. We plan to purchase a new cover from another manufacturer.
Didn't last a year in Utah. All damage seems to be UV related, but the sun caused it to crack and turn to dust. Wouldn't recommend if you live in a place with much of any sunlight.

I am sorry that the cover did not last for you. It is a cover that it more intended to be used for rain and snow during short-term storage. At this time, I do not honestly have a cover for your pop up that I can recommend from our site that would hold up to the amount of sun light in your area.
The cover fits well and has protected my camper from rain and sun. However, it is already heavily degraded after a year in the places that receive direct sunlight; I expect I will get two years total before the sun has made the cover unusable. I would rather sacrifice a cover every couple of years to protect the RV, but I wonder if another cover with more UV resistance would allow the cloth to last longer.

This cover does have a 2 year warranty. I checked and this is the best cover that we have to offer for this size of pop up camper.
Sturdy material. Covers all of my Rockwood 1940LTD popup from tongue to rear. Easy to connect straps underneath. Nice bag to store cover when not in use. Great protection from weather and local jerks looking for easy things to take.

It was on my camper for the winter. It does have one wear spot from the wind blowing it around. Maybe I need to cinch it tighter or looser, not sure.
It began to disintegrate within a couple of months of having it on my trailer. Our first trip out we took off the cover and it snowed small pieces of it all over the place and tore like a piece of paper. We are very disappointed with this product.

Overall, I think you have a good product and would buy from you again. Only problem I had was a small hole on the bottom edge of the cover that rubbed up against a somewhat sharp edge of a metal bracket to an exterior step located under the camper door. It would have worn through no matter whose RV cover I would have used. Again, I would purchase from this company.
Perfect fit! Covers and protects my Coachmen pop-up perfectly. Feels very durable and looks good, too. I do hope it will stand up to the elements and protect my little investment for years.

Working great. Great fit keeps my little 12 pop-up protected and dry. Very happy with Adco Aquashed.
We had this cover betore & it got a rip in it so we ordered a new one. It fits our pop up trailer just right.
I have the Aliner Ranger 12. The cover can today and it fits beautifully. This is a great RV cover. It is perfect for our 12' RV when folded up. It is very well built and will not blow away. I'm getting some corner guards as a precaution since there are four corners which could present problems for the cover over time. So that'll solve that problem. Thanks for your great product!!!
The camper cover I ordered arrived super fast, next day in fact. The cover fit very well. I still need to cover some sharp edges on the on the roof (roof rack which I also purchases from E Trailer). A short piece of a pool noodle should do the trick. Time will tell if the fabric is sturdy enough.
Thanks for shipping so fast. My old cover got destroyed in the strong windstorm we had so I was very pleased when mine arrived the day before the next rain storm!!!
Fits well. I like the grommets for the ability to use some rope to tighten the cover in place. Also used one of the included straps that goes under the camper.
Delivery was fast. It fit good on my popup trailer. Hopefully it'll keep everything dry in our Pacific NW winter.
