Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this Thetford Porta Potti 135B Portable Camping Toilet. Now this portable travel toilet is going to be great for camping, RVing, boating, and other outdoor activities. This is going to be great for campers or vans that don't have a bathroom. And the 2.6 gallon holding tank is going to detach for easy dumping, and I'm gonna show that to you in just the next minute or so.

And let me go ahead and give you some overall dimensions just so you can know right up front if this is going to work for you. So looking at the overall height, as you can see there, we're sitting pretty close to 12 1/8 inches tall. And then looking at the width, lemme see if I can line that up there so you can see it. So on that width, we are sitting pretty close to right about 13 1/2 inches wide or so. And then looking at the depth, it looks like we're sitting right at about, pretty close to 15 inches deep.

So hopefully that gives you a good idea of the size. This is relatively lightweight. It weighs a little under eight pounds when it's empty, of course. This has a weight capacity of 265 pounds, and this is going to hold enough water for about 27 flushes. Now, giving you an overhead look here, this seat and lid will be able to be removed easily to allow you to more easily clean this up when needed.

And this is really going to be a simple setup too. What you're going to need to do first, of course, is you need to fill the tank with fresh water. And you're gonna do that right here. So you'll fill that up with fresh water. It's always a good idea to keep in mind of using some additives as well to not only help with the cleaning, but also in the tank to prevent odors.

And we do have those options available here at etrailer.com. So once you fill this up with water here, with this port here, then you'll depress the bellows here to prime that. And then when you're ready to flush, then that's what you're going to use here to fill this bowl up with water, as you'll depress this bellows here, fill that up with water. And then we have a front-mounted handle here that is going to open up the valve inside. So lemme go ahead and give you a view of that. That's going to allow that waste water then to empty into the tank below. So this is going to be very easy to flush when you're ready to do that. And then of course, when you're done flushing and everything is in that bottom tank, you will push that shut, that will close the valve, and then that's going to keep leaks and odors from escaping. So the top of our toilet here is going to easily detach. Lemme go back to my wide view here. It's probably gonna be easier to show you that way. So on the back here, we have this latch here. So I'm just going to push that over, and then that's going to allow me to easily remove the top of this. And so here we have our tank. And then this does have a handle right here that's going to allow this to be easily transportable when you take this to the dump site or to the bathroom, and then you're gonna be able to easily empty this. We have a extra long rotating spout here, you're gonna be able to rotate this in virtually any direction. As you can see, we do have a cap on here. And so when you're ready to empty this, whether in a bathroom, in a dump site, you're just going to be able to easily pour this out. I did wanna point out that there is a button here to allow this to vent, to allow this to more easily drain when you're ready to drain this. So when you're done, you'll just replace that cap, and then that'll, again, prevent this whole operation, this whole tank from leaking. And then when you're ready to replace this then, it's gonna be very easy. And just like that. So very easy to reconnect it, and it's gonna be very easy to, as I mentioned, dump this. Instructions are going to be included to guide you through the operation of this. Basically going over it in a little more detail of what we covered here together. This is in a gray and white color. As you can see, it's very durable, very rugged. It doesn't feel flimsy at all. I'm pretty impressed with the overall build quality of this. And I'm gonna say that this is probably good for one person. If you think it's going to be a camping situation with two people, I would consider taking a look at some of the larger options that Thetford has here at etrailer.com.
