I have a solution for you, but there are not any ladder or overland racks that are going to allow the full functioning of your BAKFlip MX4 folding tonneau cover; because most ladder/overland racks have an inward tilt, it's normally recommended that you use a rollup tonneau cover like the BAK Revolver X2 # BAK39329. Installing Putco Venture Tec Rack with Bak Revolver X4 on 2017 Ford F-150
The Putco Venture Tec Overland Truck Bed Rack # P184110 has brackets that use the entire stake pocket plus a little bit extra. If your BAK Revolver X4 Hard Tonneau Cover overlaps over your stake pockets, then it's not a fit. That being said, it isn't usual for the BAK Revolver X4 to overlap onto the stake pockets.
