Today we're gonna take a quick look at the Acura trailer hitch cover. This is going to be for 1.25-inch hitches. Has a stainless steel construction with a chrome finish.It is gonna be a great way to not only accessorize your Acura hitch but also protect your hitch from any rust and corrosion buildup.It's just going to mount inside your 1.25-inch hitch, and it will attach with your pin and clip. If you don't already have one you can find a lot of options here at etrailer.com to fit your hitch. Basically that just goes through your hitch into the cover and then out the other side. You secure it with the clip in place.
You can also get a lock if you prefer, to make sure that nobody can run away with your Acura emblem.So you can see we're gonna have several different holes to match up with our hitch so you'll have a couple of different options of how far in this will fit.The portion here is going to be made up of polished stainless steel as well as the base for our logo. The logo itself is gonna be made of a 3D ABS plastic. That's just gonna give it a little extra pop, helps it stand out.Now again, this is going to fit your inch-and-a-quarter hitch. As far as our emblem overall it's going to be about three inches wide in either direction. Our mounting holes from the front to the back going from the center, they're gonna be about an inch and a half apart, and then we'll have about a half-inch of space in between each one, so about a half-inch adjustment for all those different placements.This does come with a lifetime warranty from Automotive Gold, and it is an officially licensed Acura logo.Just overall is going to help deter any of that rust buildup, keep out any dirt or anything else from getting caught in your hitch, and make sure that whenever you go to put a different accessory into your hitch it's clean and ready for use.And that's gonna do it for our look at the Acura trailer hitch cover for inch- hitches in stainless steel..

Well made really stands out, stainless mount, plastic emblem sturdy, fits 1 1/4" hitch
One wonders why all covers made for 1 1/4" with and adapter for 2" so there would be no need for 2 sizes. I attached it to my E Trailer hitch on my Corvette. Yes a tow hitch on a Corvette for bike rack.

This is the second time I have purchased a trailer hitch from this company. I only had to replace this product because I was rear ended a few weeks ago by another driver. The tow bar took all the damage and while it had to be replaced, it protected the back of my jeep from further impact.

The cover really dresses up the back hitch and makes a huge improvement on aesthetics.

I had a cheap rubber cover but it either blew off in the wash or got stolen. With a locking pin this one should stay put. Makes a nice little enhancement to my vehicle and shows pride in having served our country. Glad it arrived in time for display this "Veterans Day".
