Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Mighty Cord RV Power Adapter Y Cord. This adapter plugs into a 50 amp power outlet. It provides you with two 30 amp female receptacles. It's great for RVs and camping situations. It simply allows you to plug in two 30 amp male plugs to power the accessories that you need.Every plug on this unit has the built in handles. It makes gripping and unplugging the cord effortless.
The unit features a nice, heavy duty, weather resistant construction. Nice connector heads on it, made from durable plastic. Nice coating here, over the wires. Now internally, it uses 10 gauge wiring. The unit, again, is black in color.
Voltage is 240 volts. The length of the unit, it's about 12 inches long.And again, overall, it's just nice design, plugs into a 50 amp power outlet and provides you with two 30 amp female receptacles.That's going to do it for today's look at the Mighty Cord RV Power Adaptor Y Cord.

Quality seems to be good however the prongs on the male side of the 50amp y to dual 30amp do not fit into the twist lock 240v 30amp to 50am Rv adapter well. Not sure if the prongs are too long or the 50 amp female adapter is to shallow. It’s not a huge deal however, I was expecting a tight fit when putting the adapters together and there is about a 1/4inch of depth that will not insert leaving quite a large area with exposed connections. It’s not enough to fit a finger into albeit I have large fingers. I suppose I can put electrical tape around the connection while in use however, this is not an extra step I was expecting to have.

Item works great! I use one side to hook my camper up. The other side I use a 30 amp to 15 amp for heated water hose or plugin for heater

This configuration results in one 30A female receptacle hot pin being connected to one 50A hot pin plug and the other 30A female hot pin being connected to the other 50A hot pin plug as the customer requested.
