The impressive 5/16" tall treads create deep trenches for liquid and debris and aid in scraping mud from your shoes. The lip along the outer edge of each semi-rigid mat ensures that mud, rock, ice, snow, water, and sand will be trapped inside the liners - not free to ooze onto your carpet.
Plus, raised walls surround the small cutouts in the mats - which secure to factory attachment points on your vehicle's floor - keeping messes from seeping through.
Durability You Can Depend On
Bestop's liners are durable enough to handle whatever you track into your vehicle and to stand up to heavy use over time. The thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) construction means that these liners are built to stay strong without tearing or losing their shape, even through exposure to extreme temperatures and damaging debris, UV rays, and chemicals.
The bottom of each Bestop floor liner is covered with strong, molded nibs that firmly grip your vehicle's carpet without causing damage. The nibs keep the liners from shifting out of place and exposing your carpet to damaging dirt and moisture. The nibs also work in conjunction with a small cutout in each mat - each cutout slips over a factory-installed hook to anchor the mat to the floor. On the driver's side, the nibs and the hook prevent the liner from sliding up under the pedals, providing a safer driving experience.

Hi, everyone. Aiden here with you etrailer. Today, we're taking a look at the Bestop custom fit floor mats for the front seat on our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Like I said, these are gonna be a custom fit, and you can see that all around the edges, how they contour to the shape of the floorboard here, and give us the maximum amount of coverage for our feet. Let's check it out. So, the nice thing about the custom fit is obviously going to be the coverage, we get most of that floorboard covered up and protected with that all weather mat.
It's gonna protect against moisture, spills, dirt, grime, and be really easy to clean. But it's also going to be really easy to stay in place. A lot of universal mats will shift around over time, but because of the custom fit here, it's gonna kinda hold it in place. But it also uses factory anchor points on both the passenger and the driver's side, so this isn't going to move around on you at all. Now if you're looking at custom fit floor mats, you're probably familiar with weather tech.
They're pretty common, we have a lot of them for all kinds of different vehicles, and they're available for this vehicle too. But these Bestop ones aren't as common. For the Jeep here, I honestly like the Bestop a bit better. If you look closely at it, it has a really deep tread, which almost mimics the look of a big off-road tire. I think it matches the Jeep really well here, and it's just gonna look nice.
But aside from just looking nice, it's also gonna be pretty functional too. If there are any spills or water collecting there, it's gonna keep our feet braced up out of it, and keep that water contained, so that we can clean it up later. This comes with the driver and the passenger side, and you can see on the driver's side, we get the same good coverage, still using those factory anchor points, and we're getting good coverage underneath the brake pedal and around the side. So if our other foot is resting up there, it's not going to be dirtying up the inside of the vehicle. If you get it extra dirty and you need to clean it, maybe outside of the vehicle, it's easy to just pop out and bring out of a vehicle.
It's a pretty rigid material, so as I lift it out, it doesn't spill or get any of that mess out. I can shake it out, spray it off with a hose, leave it out to dry, and then it's good to go. The other nice thing about the rigid texture here is the fact that we didn't really need to wait for it to settle in. Pretty much out of the box, it was good to just pop right in the vehicle, and it was fitting like it should, and like I would expect it to, giving that perfect coverage. And that's about all there is to it. If you're looking at floor mats, custom fit is definitely the way to go. And typically, with the weather check options, you don't have many other options. With this, I think it's a good fit for the Jeep, and it's gonna give a nice styling match too. Thanks for watching..

They seem to be a very well made product. In my Jeep Wrangler Sahara, the floor mats do not fit tight on the door side which lets dirt get on the carpet.
