After a very long search looking for that perfect bumper I found it!
Made in Taiwan but 10 times better than the Chinese trash sold elsewhere, you can take that to the Bank!

Installation was relatively easy. After 1 yr the bumper is still bright and shiny with no rust. I replaced a painted steel bumper and would recommend.

Michael H. at Etrailer nailed it when he recommended this bumper for my 1999 Tacoma that had an after market Hidden Hitch installed on it. This bumper is a perfect fit, well constructed, and nice looking. I did not use the kit bumper brackets because the OEM brackets were in fine condition, so I figured why do needless extra work? Just remove four bolts, replace bumper, and tighten and that's it. I used blue Locktite on the bolts for good measure. Looks very nice. This is a one man job. Changing a tire is more involved. Trust me, you can do this.

This bumper was form, fit, function perfect. The quality and packaging were excellent. All the parts came with it and all were correct. etrailer's service was responsive and great. While the thing wasn't inexpensive, it was worth it.

I bought this bumper to match the black one I had put on the front of my truck. It's a very good match and is just what I was looking for. The only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is it said it was a perfect match and would bolt right on. While each of the frame rail brackets matched my original brackets, 1 hole on each side on the inside of the bumper was 1/2 a bolt width off. I ended up having to elongate those holes to get the brackets to bolt on.

They aren’t kidding when they named this bumper the Perfect Match. It took me more time to unpack the bumper than installing it. :) the license plate light receptacles and mounting bars are identical to the Toyota ones. I no longer have a rusty, dented, bumper on my truck

The bumper fits perfectly and looks great! The only problem is the black plastic cover where it snaps into the top of the bumper just left of center (driver's side) above the license plate pops up a bit and needs to be pushed down often; This is not a big deal. I am very happy with the bumper. etrailer.com is a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent match for my 03 Tacoma arrived undamaged with no defects. I applied a rubberized undercoating to ward off corrosion, it is something I recommend and is worth doing.

I ordered this bumper for a 2001 Toyota Tacoma that I had recently bought which was in good shape except for an ugly rear bumper. Installation was easy, replaced the bumper only, using the original brackets, and it was a perfect fit. It still looks good a year later with no problems. I also like the fact that it's powder coated instead of painted.

Seriously good product for the price. Easy to install once I removed my old rusted out bumper. I had to take a grinder to the connection points on the truck as the rust but the bumper was built to spec. Thank you for helping me pass inspection!

Ordered a new bumper on Saturday, it was delivered on Wednesday. And with free shipping, you can't beat that. It was an exact match to the original bumper on my '99 Toyota Tacoma, minus the imprinted Toyota name on the rubber.
It installed easily and I didn't need to replace any of the wiring. The license plate light sockets were an identical match. I just needed to unhook the lights from the old bumper and twist them back in on the new bumper.
Hopefully I won't get rear-ended again, but I would definitely buy this bumper again.

The bumper looks great, and was pretty easy to install. Pretty impressed with the quality. Only giving it a 4 star rating after 1 year because time will tell how the center hitch area (major failure on original) and chrome holds up in this climate with seasonal, salty roads. So far it looks like new.

I had previously ordered a less expensive bumper elsewhere but after finding multiple defect I returned it and ordered a Westin from etrailer.com. I am very happy with it and although it cost 50% more its quality is 200% better than the other bumper. Two minor issues, the packaging didn't protect the safety chain area at the bottom which I touched up with black paint and a trim piece was not completely installed which took 30 seconds to correct. The chrome quality is exceptional and fit and finish terrific. I would highly recommend this bumper.

the bumper was package in a nice box with all hardware . Looks great ,and they shipped it within 3 days. My old bumper was in bad shape, so etrailer showed me the one i needed to put on my truck. I like the bumper and easy to install and etrailer saved me me a lot of money and a headache. I am going to install it on the 6th after Line x does my truck bed. My problem was solve when etrailer showed me the bumper on their page because Line x was going to charged me arm and leg to coat the bumper witch i really did not want it coated to start with. I really did not know how to get or order the right bumper, that's when etrailer took over and solve my problem . Will send photo's after installed. THANK YOU for you kind help.

This fit my 96 Tacoma perfectly. Finish is nice, not overly glossy, looks just right for a bumper. Very heavy gauge steel, nice and solid, rated at 3,500 lbs tow cap. Had the old one off and the new one on in less than an hour, came with new hardware, frame mounting struts, even wiring and light bulbs for the tag lights. This is really an amazing deal, and I got free shipping, thanks!
