Thanks for reaching out to me! Unfortunately last fall my car was totaled while parked and I had to get rid of it. I sold the roof rack including the product in question to someone else. As far as I know, he is having no issues at all.

Product arrived on time, packaged well. Pads and film are wear items on the Thule fairing or needed again when you get a different car, and etrailer is one of the only places I could find the OEM/stock replacement rubber pads and skin/tape.

I thought I could find some equivalent pads or weatherstripping material from Home Depot/Lowes, but I couldn't ever find the right type of pad that would last more than a couple weeks in the wind/rain/snow. Many other brands of stuff get hard and scratchy on the paint job - so it is worth it to buy the original brand stuff. Very glad etrailer is stocking these items. They seem to have a lot of great product. 313424

These foam pads were bought to replace the ones that came off on the Thule fairings. They work great even after a year. Highly recommended so the roof of your car won't scrape. 369246

If anyone has a fairing on their roof rack, they know that eventually, the pads on the bottom might start to show wear or start peeling off. These replacement pads are perfect. I believe the price is right; however, the shipping cost was more than the price of the pads themselves but they did ship quickly. I guess there is not much control over that. Overall they are holding up but the factory adhesive was not sufficient. I had to re-prep the surface and added some paint safe adhesive otherwise the foam pads simply would fall off. 595774
