I recently installed a sr 1002 rack on my 2000 Acura TL. I purchased the rack from a wholesaler. The rack arrived with one broken lock core. I purchased a new lock core, core removal key and two new bolts from etrailer. All the items from etrailer arrived in a timely fashion and worked fine. I will continue to purchase Thule items from etrailer. Job well done.

Just what I needed. For the extra cost it's worth it to pick up four of these when you buy the rack. Mine just started to show some rust after of 2 years on the car full time. I will end up taking a wire brush to the original and painting them back to original. But always glad to have a back up. Fast shipping, very pleased with my order.
