Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at this extension cable for the Optimum 8 AC to DC battery chargers and solar charging systems. This 15-foot long extension cable is going to let you extend your SAE connection for extra length when charging your RV, your boat or motorcycle battery. So this is 15-feet long, but as you can see I have it bundled up here on my table for a little bit of manageability. The SAE to SAE style connectors are compatible with AC to DC chargers and solar charging kits. And if you notice here, this does include a weatherproof rubber seal for use in harsh environments. You're just going to push that seal on like so and it's just going to click into place.

And then when you make your connection, it's going to provide a seal around that connection. So that's a nice addition with this. This durable connector is going to stay flexible in low temperatures with a temperature rating of negative four degrees Fahrenheit. And the wire size is 18 gauge. So again, this is 15 feet long.
