Hardware included.When I first seen e trailers as a posting on google i was thinking "oh great another online trailer accessory store" but i called and was pleasntly suprised speaking with the sales rep not only does the sales sell, they have to install their products to have first hands experience, when i seen what i need and explaines what i needed, she immedialy broke the kit down and was able to just get what i need not what i dont.. i will not call anyone else when it comes to my towing needs, thank you e trailers
