Today we're going to take a look at the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Custom Mounting Brackets for Fifth Wheel Above-Bed Base Rails. This is a custom-fit part. It is designed to fit the 2011 and newer Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks with either the 6 3/4 foot truck bed, or the 8-foot bed without the factory rail kit. Now these installation brackets will mount beneath your truck bed to provide attachment points for your Fifth Wheel rails to attach to. Now the base rails we do sell separately on our website.

It's part number DM6071. The rails is what sits in your truck bed and allows the installation of the Fifth Wheel hitch to the truck. Now these are custom-fit brackets. They mount to the outside of the frame using existing holes in your vehicle's frame. Because of that they minimize drilling, reduces installation time, and they're designed to avoid known obstacles that are along your specific vehicle's frame. Notice they have a tag on each side.

Driver's it says here, passenger here, so it helps you know what position these go in. Now these parts are a sturdy steel construction, have a nice black powder coat finish to help resist corrosion.
