Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we gonna take a look at the DeeMaxx ceramic brake pads with the stainless steel backing plates, and these are for 10,000 pound to 12,000 pound brake calipers. Now, these are ceramic pads, which are the most durable, highest performing type of brake pad available. These will withstand high temperatures without becoming out of shape or worn, and they'll last longer than organic and semi-metallic pads. Again, they'll produce less dust than the non-asbestos organic or the semi-metallic models.
These do provide superior performance for more consistent braking. And if you look closely, the edges, you can see, will be chamfered. And then this slotted right here in the middle, and that's to help prevent squealing of your brake pads. We mentioned the backing plates on these. They are stainless steel backing plates, which will provide superior corrosion resistance, so that makes them great for saltwater applications.
Specs again, the application. This is for brake calipers rated for 10,000 pounds to 12,000 pounds, and this is for a quantity of two sets of pads to fit two brake assemblies. But that should do it for the review on the DeeMaxx ceramic brake pads with the stainless steel backing plates for 10,000 pound to 12,000 pound brake calipers.
