You can remove one of your screws and take it to a local auto parts store to have them check the thread pattern for you. The # CR80733 is 6mm x 18mm so if that matches the license plate bolts on your 2019 Nissan Rogue then this will work perfectly for you.

I took some measurements for you that you requested. These are intended for import vehicles so I used the metric dimensions. The height of the head of the fasteners is about 13 mm. The diameter of the head is a little over 14 mm. The threads are 6 mm and the length of the threaded portion is about 19 mm. This comes with locknuts and are made of stainless steel.
