Today well be taking a look at the Camco RV garden hose washers, in a quantity of 10 per package, part number CAM20153. These washers are designed to help prevent leakage of your garden hose at the faucet and hose connections. You can see here its got 5 little self locking tabs around it. What these do is, they keep the washer in place in the back side of the hose here, whenever you have the hose disconnected. So simply remove the old washer, just by putting your finger in, pulling it out, and then well take our new washer here, just install it down in here, pushing it all the way down. You can see here, as you push it in, the little self locking tabs work themselves into the threads, actually of the female connection on the hose.
This will keep the washer in place when you're not connected to a faucet. Now we have our new hose washer in the female end of our hose. Now this will fit in any standard garden hose. We all know that theres nothing more frustrating than hooking up the hose and the washer being worn out, and the next you know the waters spraying out either all over the side of your house, or all over the back of your Camper RV.
