Jeff Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement hybrid air spring for the Air Lift LoadLifter 5,000 Ultimate system. This is for a quantity of one air spring. Now this is a hybrid air spring, which is an air spring that has an internal jounce bumper on the inside that'll replace one of the air springs that's on your LoadLifter 5,000 Ultimate air suspension system for rear axles. Now the air spring is a nice sturdy two-ply rubber construction with the synthetic fabric reinforcement, and it is a bellows-type air spring that could be filled with air. And it is adjustable from five PSI to a hundred PSI.

And what's nice is, on the inside we mentioned it has the closed-cell urethane jounce spring, which on the inside gives you a more stable, comfortable ride. So basically what happens is that jounce spring will act like an overload spring and it engages when your current air pressure level isn't enough to support the load you're carrying. So if you're on a rough road, the spring will kick in if needed to absorb bumps and shocks and help you avoid any bottoming out. And then one of the jounce supports a load. They do adjust progressively, so the more weight you pile on, the stiffer they'll become.

And the urethane material that it's made out of engages more smoothly than rubber jounces, so you get a less jerky ride. As you can see, this part includes everything I laid out here on the table, the one spring itself, the hardware to install it, and it even includes the elbow air line fitting that screws in there, and your air line connects to.
