I recommend pairing the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13420 on your 2023 Kia Telluride with the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter # C59236 for your wiring.
There are a couple of options that fit but this one is currently the best option and it has higher amperage ratings for the different light circuits. All of the wiring fits for your vehicle are universal which means you need to cut into the OEM wiring on your Telluride and splice in this wiring. You will need to use a circuit tester to know what wires you need to tie into.
If you want to avoid physically cutting into your OEM wiring we do have an alternative with the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT that clamps onto your OEM wiring and "senses" when to send power back to your trailer lights so you don't have to damage the wiring on your vehicle.
Be sure to pick up a ball mount kit like the TowSmart Towing Starter Kit # TS94FR to complete your towing setup. This has a 3/4" rise and 2" drop so you need to double check that it works for your towing application. Be sure to check out the linked ball mount article to make sure this works for you.
