There are two confirmed options for your 2023 Kia Telluride, the Tekonsha # 119190KIT and Curt # C59236. Of the two Tekonsha is known to be the more reliable option in terms of quality and tends to have fewer issues later on in its lifespan. Both are essentially the same installation-wise since you'll be splicing in the wiring to you Telluride, so if I had to personally choose I would pick the Tekonsha # 119190KIT for your Telluride.

If you plan on towing anything with brakes then you'll also want to pick up the # ETBC7 in order to get everything you'll need. This kit will connect to the 4-pole connector of your # 119190KIT with a few other wires to run to the engine and cab to be able to install a brake controller.

For the brake controller I recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR along with the universal wiring harness # RED69FR.
