For your 2018 Hyundai Tucson I recommend using the Curt # C13240 because Curt hitches have a little thicker powder coating on them, so they'll stand up to nicks and scratches better; this helps prolong the life of the hitch and help prevent corrosion. This hitch has a 2 inch receiver that's ideal for towing, and I recommend going with the 2 inch receiver over a 1-1/4".
You'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount, hitch ball and hitch pin to give you everything you need to tow a trailer. For the wiring harness I recommend using the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118501 since it's a plug and play installation and Tekonsha powered converters have proven to be extremely reliable over time.
For a ball mount and hitch ball, using a ball mount kit like the # EBMK4 gives you a 1-7/8" and 2" hitch ball, a ball mount that can be used in a rise or drop position, plus a hitch pin and storage bag to keep everything organized and stored when you're not towing.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out as well.
