I would be happy to help!
Since your Reliable axle has a 3500lb rating you will need to go with the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA, hub and drum assemblies # 84546UC3-EZ, and brake mounting hardware # BRKH10B.
This will bolt up directly to your existing brake mounting flange and give you the electric drum brakes you are wanting.
In addition you will need to add a 7-way connector to the trailer using the # H20046 and junction box # 38656 to make all of the connections. You will need to run # 10-1-1 from the junction box to one wire on each brake magnet, and ground the other brake magnet wire to the frame of the trailer.
Next you will need to lockout the surge brake coupler on your trailer. This can be done by inserting a bolt to lock the inner and outer assemblies together or by having a qualified welder weld it together.
Lastly you will need to have a fully functional 7-way connector and trailer brake controller installed in your tow vehicle. If you do not have these components just let me know the Year/Make/Model of your tow vehicle and I would be happy to make a recommendation for you.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
