We do offer some travel trailer receiver hitches, the hitch you'll need will depend on the shape and the distance apart your toy hauler frame members are. The most versatile fit we offer is the Curt Adjustable width trailer hitch receiver, part # 13703. This hitch fits frame members that are between 22 and 72 inches apart and is compatible with box, C-channel, or I-beam frames. The hitch has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity, tongue weight is the maximum amount of weight that can be hung from the hitch, so the combined weight of the rack used and the bikes can't exceed 350 lbs.

You'll want to be sure to use a bike rack that's specifically designed for use on a towed trailer. The suspension on a trailer is much less sophisticated than what would be found on a passenger vehicle, therefore the ride will be much more rough. Bike racks that aren't designed for used on a travel trailer will fail pretty quickly due to this rough ride, usually in spectacular fashion.

The Swagman Original, part # S64400 is designed for RV use, and can carry up to 4 bikes weighing 35 lbs each. There's also a 3 bike version available as part # S64152-2.

A bumper hitch like the # C19101 you'd looked at isn't likely to work well on a toy hauler. My fear is that the door could hit the hitch when it's opened.
