Question:
I am looking at the timbren axless spindle kit with 4 inch lift part ASR2KHDS03. Will your hub assembly AKHD-655-35-k work with this timbren system. I have 6 x 5 1/2 inch rims bolt pattern with 16 inch rim. It is going on a light duty trailer

The Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-35-K you were looking at will fit and work great on the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle # ASR2KHDS03 you are wanting to install on your trailer.
The # AKHD-655-35-K includes Inner Bearing # L68149, Outer Bearing # L44649, races, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts. Since this hub and drum is for trailer brakes you will also need Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA and Mounting Hardware # BRKH10B.
If you do not want to add trailer brakes to your trailer you could use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 6 on 5-1/2 # AKIHUB-655-35-EZ-K instead which will offer the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern you are looking for, and include the required bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts.
If your trailer does not already have trailer brakes you will need the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box and RV Style Connector # HS381-9000 which will give you the 7-way connector you need and a junction box to make all of the wiring connections. In addition you will need to use # 10-1-1 to go from one wire on each electric brake assembly to the junction box, and simply ground the other wire on each assembly to the frame of the trailer. Using Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05745-5 will give you a weather tight connection.
If your vehicle does not already have a 7-way connector and trailer brake controller, you will need to add one to be able to use the trailer brakes. If you can provide the Year/Make/Model of your tow vehicle I would be happy to recommend all of the parts needed to add a 7-way connector and trailer brake controller.
I included videos for the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
