Are the TC3829CAM chains ok for Series E tires?

I was able to find in the owner's manual for your 2019 Ford F-350 that as long as you do not have 20" wheels you will be able to use Class S snow chains on your truck, even if they have an E load rating.

Since the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams for Wide Base Tires # TC3829CAM you were looking at are not Class S chains, you will need to use a different chain. Class S chains are lower profile for vehicles that have limited clearance between the tires and suspension and or body components.

Since there are a few different tire size options for your vehicle, I will list my recommendation for each tire size.

If you have 245/75-17 tires I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2321.

If you have 265/70-17 tires I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2326.

If you have 275/65-18 tires I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2327.

And lastly if you have 275/70-18 tire I recommend the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC3029.

All of these options are Class S chains that will work great on your vehicle, and I have included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
