I have a solution for you, but after talking with my contact at Titan Chain I confirmed that the Titan Chain Tractor Tire Chains # TCHP242 is not a great fit for the 16.9-24 tractor tires as the chains may not be wide enough. The recommended chain setup for your 16.9-24 tires is Titan Chain Tractor Tire Chains # TCHP260. I do have a set of tire chains for both 285/60-20 and 315/75-16 tires but there is not a single set of tire chains that will fit both tires sizes. A 285/60-20 tire is 33.5" in diameter and 11.2" wide whereas a 315/75-16 tire is 34.6" in diameter and 12.4" wide therefore, there will not be a chain that fits both sizes.

I was able to find in the owner's manual for your 2019 Ford F-350 that as long as you do not have 20" wheels you will be able to use Class S snow chains on your truck, even if they have an E load rating.

The Titan Chain # TC2536 tire chains are confirmed to fit size 275/65-20 tires. However, when I checked the owner's manual for the 2015 Ford F-350, the manual says that tire chains should not be used on 20 inch wheels with your vehicle.
