I recommend the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2" part # e98843 for the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe because it is made in the USA and designed with a nice matte black powder coat that shows less scratches compared to the glossy coat.
For the wiring, I recommend Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # CU94FR which is known to be a bit more reliable compared to the other brands especially the converter boxes on the 4-pole flats. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
In order to tow the trailer level with the Santa Fe you would need to figure out how much rise or drop you need in a ball mount. When we installed an etrailer hitch on a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe there was about 12" from the hitch pin hole to the ground. If your trailer has a standard coupler height of 17" then you would need a 3" rise to tow level.
For that, I recommend using Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45341 with ball part # C40085 for 2-5/16" or part # A-90 2" ball.
You may also consider a locking pin to protect your investments with etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Flush Design for 2" Trailer Hitches part # e98880.
